If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please reach out via the contact page or email info@thebarejewelry.com within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our products are made-to-order due to the fact that each item is customized. Order processing is 10 to 15 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will send updates as well to the email address provided. Please also check your spam / junk folder, sometimes our emails end up there. To ensure that you do not miss an email, please add info@thebarejewelry.com to your contacts.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note: Orders with more than one item may take additional time.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Office). Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping time: 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays)

Please verify your address at the time of your purchase and once you receive your order confirmation. If the address is incorrect or missing an apartment or unit number, please reach out to info@thebarejewelry.com or text us at (615) 552-3730.

We are not liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the post office. Please visit: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm and file a claim with the post office. Every package should be insured and reimbursable if the post office is at fault.
